Don’t lose control of expediting

Our built-in pager system allows you to notify your customers even if they walk off.

Guests can track their order in the order tracker right in your ser.vi menu.

Each order is automatically assigned a pager and listed on a dedicated screen in our staff app for expo and pager activation. When activated, guests will receive SMS message as well as a unique, personalized one time proof of pickup that will appear in their mobile menu.

For fast expediting, ser.vi prints an expo ticket for each order placed. For loss control, once the order is picked up, staff can dismiss the proof of pickup.
